no se la injurien los humores gruesos
más que a la tersa carne los sutiles».

Esto le pide Venus; mas Remete,
«Yo, Señora, le dice, también siento
que tal boca se ofusque o se lastime;

pero ¿mandaste tú que la respete
para la de un vulgar, necio, opulento,
en cuyas cerdas sin horror la imprime?».
