Incorregible Néstor, de los daños
que trae consigo la vejez te dueles,
porque ardes en afectos más noveles
que Venus alentó en robustos años;

y obligando la barba y frente a baños
que ofuscan pelos y taladran pieles,
negros (sin culpa de los poros fieles),
peinas y enrizas hoy tus desengaños.

Mas no sin gran prudencia los profanas,
hasta que nuestra risa te convenza
a que los restituyas o jubiles;

porque vergüenza fuera o desvergüenza,
que hablaran de lascivias juveniles
labios cercados de inocentes canas.
