Sé que no sé (bien sé) y no sería
poca ciencia saber este argumento,
que no es corto caudal de entendimiento
profesar esta ciencia cada día.

No puede haber mayor sabiduría
que tener de no sé conocimiento,
ni hay lógico mejor que un sentimiento
inclinado a moral filosofía.

Obrara en acto es ente conocido,
argumentar sin él es platicado,
uno es real argumento, otro lo ha sido.

Y para ser un docto laureado,
más vale obrar los actos entendido
que ser con letras desigual letrado.
